Hi Bella,

To simplify our morning routine I have Lexi's clothes laid out the night before. Then there is no whining or scramble to decide what to wear. Just get up, put it on and eat breakfast...done!

Great giveaway! Our morning is simplified mostly by the kids choosing what they are going to wear the night before. Life is so much simpler this way! Thanks for the chance! iclipalso(at)yahoo(dot)com

Hi Bella. I am SUPER organized, so my mornings run like a well-oiled machine. I tidy up the house before bedtime, and have my meaks planned out for the next day. The biggest thing I do that helps is I wake up very early and have time to myself before everyone else gets up. I sometimes cook breakfast, sometimes it's cereal of frozen waffles.

Thanks for the fun giveaway!
Thankfully as my kids have gotten older, mornings just run smoothly. They get themselves up, showered and dressed while my husband makes breakfast and I pack the kid's lunches. We eat together and they walk to school.

The best thing I do to simplify my morning routine is to pack school lunches the night before.
School uniforms are required so that makes morning dressing easy!

Yummy looking giveaway!

I prepare my lunch (that I take to work) the night before. I keep boiled eggs in the fridge, and have a couple of those for breakfast, instead of cooking them. And of course, the coffee pot is set to turn on and be done 5 minutes before I wake up!

Jennirae said...

great givaway bella. I usually prep the night before, make lunches and get clothes ready. In the morning that leaves us time to sit down together and enjoy breakfast.

To simplify my morning, I set the breakfast table the night before. I also lay out my clothes and jewelry that I plan on wearing the next day!

We get our morning started off right by preparing the night before... this way we are not raving maniacs!

Does it work? Uhm... no, well not always, but it helps! hahah

The coffee pot is set up the night before clothes are layed out and we eat cereal during the week and save the hot breakfasts for the weekend!

Fun!!! It's not too hard around here in the mornings -- hubby is gone already so it's just my son and I. What helps ME is that I get to sleep in a bit, at least when the boy does. :) And we are lucky that we get to take our time in the morning, that simplifies it for us! What a fun giveaway.

Since I get up at 5:30am each morning, I really need to have a simplified routine in the morning. To help with this, I set all our clothes out the night before. I make and pack my kids lunches the night before and set in the fridge. In the morning, we usually have a quick breakfast, consisting of cereal or toast...weekends we have homemade breakfast, like pancakes.
I find that by doing as much prep the night before, the morning goes a lot easier.
Thanks so much.

mplifying the mornings is essential so putting everything out at night and being able to sit and eat..if for some reason we are running late or someone is running late there is dry cereal in reusueable containers. I also keep boxes of cereal to snack on in the car when the munchies hit

Joanne said...

Mornings are crazy so we choose what we're wearing the night before, make sure that it's clean, ironed, etc. Also, I put the water and grinds in the coffee maker the night before plus the sugar is in our mugs already. Bowls (for cereal) and spoons are on the table. Joanne ~~ glamourgirljoanne@yahoo.com

I am not a morning person, so a routine is definitely in place to get all of us out the door in the morning! I set out my 4 year old's clothes the night before since he is picky. In the morning, I work on getting breakfast put together for my three sons (11, 9 and 4) while everyone gets dressed. The 11 year old helps the 4 year old if needed with a button or two and then everyone sits down to breakfast together! Then it is carpool time and we get everyone out the door! Thanks for the great contest!

I get up at about 4:45am and go to the gym. The most important thing is that I workout in the morning. It gives me energy to go and keep a positive attitude all day! Then come home, get ready, get the kids up. Of course, the only way to get them up is to offer a sugary cereal that they love and tell them they can have it only if they get up right away. It would be great to find a cereal that they love and that isn't so bad for them. Every mom wants their kid to make healthy choices. Thanks!

susan1215 said...

To simplify our routine, I let my son (16 mos.old) play in the living room or his bedroom while I get breakfast done. By the time his attention span realizes I'm not playing in the room with him, I have breakfast on the table! It's soooo much easier to make breakfast when you don't have a whining child at your feet. =)

To make our mornings easier and less hectic, I make muffins about twice a week to keep in my cake keeper. Then every morning the kids just grab a muffin for breakfast to eat in the car. It is the easiest way for us to fit in breakfast in the morning.

cstironkat said...

We eat breakfast together. This always starts our mornings off good. The kids like cereal with yogurt and a banana all mixed up. I like whole wheat toast.

To make the mornings less hetic, I look at the calendar the night before. We then get everything we need ready for the next day. My calendar has gym, band, appointments etc. We seldom forget things now and the mornings are much more relaxed and pleasant.

In order to keep my mornings simple I have done a few things. First, I set my alarm clock ahead by 15 minutes. It allows me to hit "snooze" guilt-free and I'm up in plenty of time to get everything done. Second, my coffee is made the night before (and making it at home without buying it has saved us TONS of money!) and all clothes are picked out night before (and ironed if needed!). Getting that stuff done before I go to bed makes the morning SO much easier to get out the door!

I always start my morning with a bowl of cereal and a cup of tea. I like to get up early enough so I can check e-mail before I have to head out. Thank you for the chance to win.

To get off to a good start, I skip the snooze button, go ahead and get up but allow myself to do the routine at a leisurely pace. I hate rushing right after waking up.

My two boys 15 and 9 day starts at 6am out the door at 630am to go to work with me. Most days they get up at 620am with only 10 minutes to get dressed they don't have time for a good breakfast this would be a great prize for them and to try a old cereal with a new twist.

Love this giveaway! My morning routine is very fast paced, with 4 boys going to four different schools we get everyones stuff (sign papers, backpacks, everything but the sandwiches in the lunch bags) all ready the night before. For the youngest we get his clothes ready the night before.

I like to streamline my morning routine by being prepared. If there's anything i'm going to need i lay it on the table by the door the night before so i'm sure not to miss it.

I do all my prep work the night before. All outfits are picked out and ironed and all backpacks are filled and ready to go. While the kids are eating breakfast, I pack their lunches and we're on our way. No one cries and homework isn't forgotten.

I simplify my mornings by having a strict routine. If we vary from it at all it seems that the whole morning is shot and we all end up late to school and work. a good breakfast with a bowl of yummy Kix is one of my kids favorite cereals

I simplify our morning by letting my husband and daughter fend for themselves. Wait, I do serve as an alarm for both, and I make my husband his coffee to go. Whew, I was thinking I didn't do anything.

To help simplify our morning routine, I make sure backbpacks, shoes & clothing is already out. We've had too many mornings where we had to search high & low for matching shoes.

I pour myself a cup of coffee and sip it while I read my email and check different websites. It helps me pull my foggy brain together!

This is an awesome giveaway, thanks so much!

I try to get up about 15 min. before the kids. That gives me time to eat and wake up fully before they get up. I make things simpler by narrowing down the choices of what to eat for breakfast and laying out things like clothes the night before.

I lay out everything possible the night before - from the breakfast dishes to our clothes. Mornings go better if we can get ready quick. Throw on our clothes and pour the cereal, milk and juice.

I simplify the morning routine by doing things the night before, such as setting up the coffee maker, laying out the kids clothes, verifying what we have for breakfast, etc.

I get our morning off to a good start by having everything (I mean everything) ready to go. Pack lunches, lay out clothes, I even put the socks in the shoes and I will tell you, there is nothing left to do but wake up the kids, feed them, and I'm already ready, so I walk around chatting happily to the kids. Never send them off on a sour note!

A good night's sleep for everyone always makes the morning go better.
Making sure all school notes, lunch money, etc are taken care of the night before always avoids any early morning surprises. Like most everyone else, laying out the clothes for your children simplifies things in the morning.
Cereal is a great way to simplify your morning, and it is nutritious.

To get our mornings off to a good start my kids eat breakfast and take vitamins before heading off to school.

To simplify our mornings, I pack as much as I can in the lunch box or snack box before going to bed the night before, then all I have to do is toss the sandwich in the lunchbox and put it in the backpack to go.

To simplify our morning routine I get as much done ahead of time as night including backpacks filled and lunches ready to pop into boxes.

I babysit my 2 little grandsons so I feed them breakfast and then put them down for their morning nap. For me I usually just grab a can of Dr Pepper.
I try to get everything ready the night before so the morning will go easy.
