I think it turned out pretty nice! This is a gift for my son's friend's mom & dad, hope they like it!
My very first one I made...well, let's just say, it didn't come out too well, lol. I should have taken a pic, but it was too embarrassing!
I also made another one for a gift, but don't want to post the pic til after I give it to this person, since they might be reading my blogarino ;)
Thanks again, Joy, for the pretty & relatively easy project...well, for everyone but ME! ;)
Bella
ETA: This weathered Damask scrapbook paper was purchased at JoAnn Fabrics and the wooden letter, wooden plaque & Krylon Ivy Green spray paint were all from Walmart.

I love it! We do have similar taste :-) Thank you for stopping by.
VERY nice! I am loving going around looking at everyone's "version"!
Oh wow, I LOVE that green with the black and white paper! Now that you've got the hang of it, I bet you can go back and add to the your first one and make it a beauty too.
I'm sure that the people who receive these as gifts will love them and appreciate the 5+ minutes it took you to make something personal and unique. Great Job!
I'll link to you in Tuesday's post.
What a nice gift idea! It would be so fun to get something like that. I like the green with the black and white, too. It's very striking. -Julia
Cute project! I love the colors you used. I must have missed a blog or two over the weekend so I'm going back to take a second look, lol *smiles*
Hi Bella,
Your project turned out great! I thought about doing a green letter with leopard print paper but couldn't find the letters at Walmart. LOL

I did something very similar to this in my daughters room... black and white scrapbook paper and letters. lol It's all the rage, I guess. I REALLY like the colors you used. For a second I thought you were a Mrs. B too....then I read it's not for you. :o) Nice gift!

This turned out great and what a great gift. I like the color combination.
Thanks for stopping by. My husband wouldn't be okay with the "fashion" theme either. Those darn boys!
